A stable supply of wheat in the world does not allow prices to rise. This is reported by Spike Brokers analysts. Ukrainian wheat is traded at stable levels of $205-210 for fodder quality and $220-225 for food quality in the direction of the DAP ports of Odesa, Pivdenny and Chornomorsk. The FOB and CIF markets have the opposite conjuncture. So, there are more sellers in the range of $275-290 (depending on quality) on the FOB market (buyer's market), and more buyers in the range of $305-313 (depending on quality and destination country) on CIF markets (seller's market).
