This is reported by Fruit-inform with reference to the California Almond Producers Council. The final forecast was 7% below the preliminary forecast published by NASS in May 2022. A decrease in crop volume is expected against the backdrop of adverse weather conditions: spring frosts, lack of water for irrigation.
