The U.S. Department of Agriculture's (USDA) supply and demand report, released on Thursday (12th), brought specific adjustments to corn projections for the 2025/26 crop year. The analysis was highlighted by the International Center for Economic Analyses and Agricultural Market Studies (Ceema). According to the USDA, corn production in the United States was maintained at 401.8 million tons. However, final stocks were reduced by just over 1.2 million tons, dropping to 44.5 million tons. The average price for U.S. producers remains projected at US$ 4.20 per bushel. Global corn production was increased by 1 million tons, totaling 1.266 billion tons. On the other hand, global final stocks suffered a reduction of 2.6 million tons, now standing at 275.2 million tons.
