ZARAGOZA, Aug. 10 (EUROPA PRESS) - The VOX Parliamentary Group in the Congress of Deputies has registered a Non-Law Proposal to promote the adoption of a National Water Plan, thinking, for example, of farmers in areas such as Axarquia-Malagueña who have been forced to sacrifice their crops avocados or mango with severe pruning or uprooting to save the rest of the crop. The prolonged absence of rain and the high temperatures of the summer season are causing a serious drought situation in most of Spain with several territories on red alert due to scarcity.
