Description
Almond is truly one of nature's finest foods. Recent scientific studies have concluded that almonds provide many health benefits. Scientific research shows that the consumption of almonds, as part of a low saturated fat diet, may help reduce the risk. They contain lots of healthy fats, fiber, protein, magnesium, and vitamin E. The health benefits of almonds include lower blood sugar levels, reduced blood pressure, and lower cholesterol levels. They can also reduce hunger and promote weight loss.
Agropecuaria Torrecampas offers whole and in-shell almonds which are produced using conventional cultivation methods. They are raw and of the Guara and Soleta variety. Both the varieties are rich in flavor, high protein, and fats, and have great organoleptic characteristics that make its flavor stand out from other varieties. The almonds have a light brown color and are fit for human consumption. Almonds are often consumed as snacks and as an ingredient of sweets, cakes, ice cream, and salads. The product may also be used in the production of cosmetics. The almonds can be stored for at least 2 years under suitable conditions.
