Bastet Farm is a family business operated by a team of skilled and passionate individuals who have single-mindedly focused only one issue and that is growing best quality onion and they are doing that for years. In the year 2016, they have shifted to organic farming. Presently, that company is growing and selling 14 different kinds of crops around the world. Their major customers are high-end supermarkets, hypermarkets chains, wholesalers, organic food manufacturing companies. They have exported to Europe, Germany, UK, France, Netherlands, UAE, and Singapore and presently they are specifically looking for Saudi Arabia and Malaysia.

Bastet Farm has its own state-of-the-art storage and packaging facilities where they stored their packed products under required temperature and humidity. They pack their product in mesh bags or in the customized packages as mentioned by the customers. Each shipment takes anywhere between 2 to 3 weeks to ship from the date of order confirmation. The preferred mode of shipment is via sea from Alexandria Port, Egypt.

Bastet Farm is personally committed to its clients to give them the real taste of organically produce crops. The company follows a quality system compliant with the international requirements for clean and organic agriculture and the company also holds a certificate of Global GAP, ISO 14001 Certification, and Ecocert organic certificate. They follow all the required standards of the European Union since 2018 and ISO 14001 Certification since 2016.

Bastet Farm has 100 acres of cultivation area at El Minya province where a team of 200 highly skilled employees works around the year to ensure the farming of the best quality organic crops. The company is in a continuous process of striving for optimal operational efficiency to assure the sustainability of both the environment and the business. They have an immense passion for innovation, social responsibility, quality, taste, flavor, and they are a strict follower of good business practices. Apart from that, they are also involved in a constant process of increasing visibility, spreading awareness about the health benefits of onion consumption.
They own a modern integrated automation system of planting and harvesting machines and staff. They have a team of highly trained technical staff to run the entire operations of agricultural mechanization to the fullest. The company uses the latest equipment Integrated Agricultural Mechanization. The company has one station sorting, grading, and packaging process. In the system, both humans and machines sort the onions grade-wise and finally pack it as per the required criteria.
The company can produce 5000 MT onion per season. Though the biggest yields are available between the months of May to July.

Bastet Farm offers premium quality, organically certified, sustainably sourced, non-GMO, fresh, non-peeled Yellow Golden Egyptian Onion of Liliaceous varieties. The company is engaged in high-quality research and development activities to ensure the best quality products all year round to its customers. These products can stay fresh up to 3 weeks after harvest. Due to the nature of the product, the samples of these products are not available for prospective buyers.
