Marsavco Sarl has its own state of the art storage facility where they store their products under specified temperature and humidity. They pack their products in a 9 kg bucket or as specified by the customers. After confirmation of the order generally, they take 1 week to prepare the consignment for shipping. Description
Marsavco Sarl offers the best quality margarine made from organically produced palm oil. They have a huge plant at Kinshasa City where they can produce 40, 000 MT margarine annually. There is no specific season of production and it goes round the year.

The production process consists of 80% organic palm oil, 16% water, and 4% Emulsifier, Vitamins, Salt, Sugar, Antioxidants, Minerals, Colors, and Flavors. First, they take 80% of the total quantity of palm oil and stir palm oil at industrial mixer between 60 - 70 degrees Celsius temperatures. Then they take another mixer where they add 16% water and 4% water-soluble ingredients (Emulsifier, Vitamins, Salt, Sugar, Antioxidants, Minerals, Color, and Flavors) and add mix that mixer between 65 – 70 degree Celsius. Then they add both these mixers add mix them together between 50 – 60 degrees Celsius temperature. Once that mixer gets slightly thick then they transfer that entire mixer inside another industrial mixture where it gets processed between 10 – 22 degrees Celsius and 300 – 1000 RPM. The final stage is keeping the mixer inside the refrigerator between 5 – 7 degrees Celsius temperatures for 24 hours. To give it a final texture some companies may keep the product in cold storage for a longer period.
