Peas are sown early in the spring, as it is moisture-loving and cold-resistant. With such sowing, peas form the root, stem, leaves, and all the other parts of the plants. This sowing season is especially effective to fight against powdery mild dew that forms in that region and aphids. The harvest season is between July and August. Peas are more often sown in ordinary (15 cm) and narrow (7.5 cm) methods. Depth of sowing of pea seeds is 4-6 cm on heavy soils and 6-7 cm on light soils. The company has an average of 5000 MT annual availability of yellow peas, grown in Ukraine.

The yellow peas are rich in protein (22% - 24%), amino acids, Vitamins B1, B2, B3, B6, potassium, zinc, calcium, magnesium, and folate. It can be used either as a food or for feed. The yellow peas also have anti-oxidative, anti-cancer properties, and anti-inflammatory effects. The product has a shelf life of usually 1 year.
