Fifth: Conducting an automatic sorting and selection by machines;
Finally: Packing the avocado by following all the quality standards including ripeness, damage of trips, sunburn, and decay.

They have a production area of about 300 hectors at Michoacan. The company has around 3000 MT of Hass avocados available for export every year. The harvest season is during the whole year and the best season is between September to March, with the highest yield between August and February. The avocados are cultivated in plantation farming methods, with the usage of the dripping system for irrigation. The harvest is done when the product is at the right size and ripe and it is done manually with the use of around 250 people in the whole process.
