Overall conditions
Pleasure to enjoy
Description
Intense garnet colour, almost dark, very dense, clean and bright, high layer.
Toasted aroma of oak with great presence, highlighting the touch of cinnamon and red fruits in maceration, of a complex mineral spice.
Spicy, mineral, ripe fruit flavor, wide and persistent, very balanced and since 2020 great tactile softness of its tannins.
It is recommended to pair with roasted red meats, game meats, Segureño lamb, Iberian sausages, pâtés and cheeses with a powerful flavor for the best harmony.
