Description
The company owns a cold storage house where the packed mangoes from the producer are stored. The cold storage has controlled temperature and humidity ideal for maintaining the product as fresh as possible for a long period of time.
Products are packed into individual carton boxes of 4 kg each and then packed into pallets. They are transported using the ports and airports for either air freight or marine shipping. Overseas exports to Canada and the USA.

Description
Mangoes which have the export quality are selected. The quality is judged based on different characteristics of the Mango like size, colour and texture. Product inspection happens at two stages, first just after the harvest and the second inspection during the packaging process to ensure the quality is not breached. Mangoes strictly follow the quality certification standards of ISO 22000.

Description
The production takes place in the Merida region of Mexico. The area is approximately 200 ha which is engaged in year-round production. The annual yield of 8800 metric tons. The cultivation is done using conventional or organic methods. It is ensured that the production process is sustainable and socially responsible. The method of production follows strict regulations specified under Global GAP, ISO 22000, Smeta and Grasp. The process is done using machinery as well as manual labour during the harvest and selection season to get the best quality products.

Description
Two varieties of mangoes are offered by our company Tommy Atkins and Kent. The mangoes can be consumed fresh or can be used commercially for further processing such as pulps, juices and concentrates. The Tommy variant is available during the entire year and the Kent variant is available between the months of July and April. The product has an advantage of year-round availability, quality and premium taste. The product can last for 45-50 days kept under controlled temperature and humidity. It can further be stored for an additional 15 days under -18 degrees celsius.
