The cultivation method can be conventional or organic. The production process utilises traditional methods and the beans are roasted using the machining process. The main harvest season is during September however the company has stock maintained in their warehouse. Different varieties have different production capacity. The Lu Tawar Gayo Arabica variety has 60 MT per year with harvest season for 3 - 4 months. Sumatra Bunga Seulanga of production capacity with 60 MT per year with a harvest period of 3-4 month. The highest production capacity is of the Sumatera Arabica Gayo Coffee which is 300 MT per year.

PT. Mejez Centenial Cemerlang sources coffee from one of the most amazing locations which is at the very end of Lake Tawar in Aceh province. It is a long winding crawl both high in altitude and distance from the main highland village of Takengon. The coffee offered is of Sumatra Mandheling, Java, Sumatera and Arabica variety. The coffee is available in whole beans and is green or brown in colour. It has a spicy and chocolatey aroma and berry flavour. The green coffee beans can be stored for more than a year with the specific requirements of the temperature and controlled humidity. The cultivation can be done using organic or conventional methods. The coffee is safe to use it either for a beverage or for cosmetic purpose. Samples are available on request and the courier charge is to be paid by the buyer.
