All steps are taken to ensure that the upper maintains its quality and has a stable flavour. The products are packed in PP bags of net 50kg bags. After receiving the order and after buyer open L/C or TT transfer the company will ship within 3 weeks. If the buyer wants the product to be machine cleared and they cannot ship in less than 3 weeks. The company prefers to deliver goods through sea freight from the Djibouti Port.

The grading and sorting of the crop are done their supervision. The local government in the region has set quality grading standards that must be adhered to. There is also a government standards agency and international quality control companies that all conduct inspections and oversee quality standards. The company a Phytosanitary Certificate and an International Fumigation Certificate.

The average yield is 2000 tons per year and can go up to 4000 tons. This includes the yields obtained from collaborating farmers. The product is harvested all year round using sustainable methods. The cultivation takes place in Southern Ethiopia across 50 acres of land. The crop is cultivated in a warm and moist climate with a temperature of 15 – 32°C. The optimum temperature required for its growth and yield is 30 – 33°C. Production process involves a modern mechanized farming system and irrigation using solar pumps.
