Description
L&L Foods Nigeria Limited have their own warehouse where they store groundnuts after spring and cleaning. The nuts are packed in 50 kg mesh bags and stored on pallets in the warehouse with cross ventilation. The warehouse has humidity and moisture controlled environment. Each consignment preparation time is around 2-3 weeks after order confirmation. Preferred mode of transport is by sea via Port of Lagos, Nigeria.

Description
The average per hectare yield is 0.9 ton per hectare. The main harvest season starts from August and goes up to November. The entire production and cultivation process is done manually. Few steps involved in the process include cleaning, sorting, peeling, drying, spring and packaging. The drying and sorting process is done by hands to ensure that no groundnuts break or get damaged during the process.

Description
Groundnuts are a good source of healthy vitamins and minerals that protect our body from many diseases including cancer. They are rich in 26 essential minerals like Calcium, Iron, Zinc, Boron and other minerals which help in brain function and development and also help to maintain strong bones. Groundnuts contain Resveratrol, a type flavonoid, which improves blood flow in the brain by as much as 30%, thus greatly reducing the risk of stroke
L&L Foods Nigeria Limited offer Whole or Kernal Java Peanuts. They offer raw shelled peanuts of FAQ grade. The colour of the peanuts is reddish-brown. The variety has a maximum of 8% moisture and a minimum of 48% oil content. The admixture levels are between 1% to 2% at max with 0.5% to 1% foreign material. It is ensured that the aflatoxin is below 15 PBB as per export norms for export. The free fatty acid is 5% at maximum. The raw peanuts can be consumed or processed and sold as snacks (i.e. roasted peanuts), peanut butter, peanut oil, granola bars, cookies, candies. They can be stored for 8 to 12 months depending on storage conditions.
