The groundnuts are pre-processed, packed and stored in a warehouse at a controlled temperature. It is ensured that the nuts are not exposed to direct sunlight and moisture. They are packed with standard packaging procedures by using vacuum or jute bags with necessary marking & labelling. The consignments are ready within 7 days of order confirmation. Both sea freight and air freight is the preferred delivery method by the company and the nearest port is the Mumbai Port.

The annual average yield of groundnuts is 2500 metric tons out of which 2000-2500 metric tons is reserved for the purpose export. Harvesting season runs all year round, with the highest yield seen from March to May and from October to November. The cultivation areas are located in Maharastra, Gujarat, Tamil Nadu, and Andhra Pradesh & Karnataka. The company follows conventional methods of production which include cleaning, machine grading, sorting and packaging. They keep up to date with the latest technology and market requirements to ensure stability & sustainability towards fulfilling the customers' demand. The company has built a cost-effective and reliable supply chain to deliver fresh fruits and vegetables in an effective manner. A total of 500 farmers are involved in the entire production process.

Groundnuts are a good source of healthy vitamins and minerals that protect our body from many diseases including cancer. They are rich in 26 essential minerals like calcium, iron, zinc, boron and other minerals which help in brain function and development and also help to maintain strong bones. Groundnuts also contain resveratrol, a type flavonoid, which improves blood flow in the brain by as much as 30%, thus greatly reducing the risk of stroke. They provide over 30 essential nutrients and phytonutrients. including niacin, folate, fibre, magnesium, vitamin E, manganese and phosphorous.

Greenland Fresco offers both Java and Bold Groundnut varieties. The bold variety of peanuts have typically reddish-brown skin with an oblong shape, while java variety has pink skin with spheroidal shape.

They have a shelf like of 10 months and is best used for consumption and further processing. They can be processed in various forms as peanut butter, flavoured peanuts, coated peanuts, peanut bars, chocolate spreads, nut biscuits, crushed nuts used on cakes, buns, ice-cream and desserts.
