Description
Crystal clear, consistent fluid, very pale yellow color with greenish reflections, dynamic and bright.
Its intense aroma with a pleasant impression and long persistence is reminiscent of the lily as a flower, of ripe white fruit, some citrus fruits (kiwi, lemon, grapefruit) with notes of tropical fruit (cherimoya, mango, pineapple) with a more serious background of skin. of peach
On the palate it is cheerful, elegant, silky and powerful with a perfectly perceptible harmonic assembly of the alcohol present, brimming with freshness, with good structure, pleasant, broad and persistent.
Recommended for shellfish, white fish, soft meats, cooked sausages, fresh cheeses, etc.
