Description
Sharp, fluid color, garnet, almost dark, purple rim with violet hues, dynamic and bright.
Powerful aroma with a pleasant impression with a light touch of ripe black berries, notes of toasted skin and tones that recall the scrubland of aromatic plants, with sweet memories and long aroma.
Intense on the palate, lively, powerful and with an elegant memory of fine chocolate with a harmonious blend of alcohol. Overflows freshness with touch of quite sweet and pleasant tannins, with hints of liquorice, broad, long and persistent. Exquisite balance between mouth and nose.
Indicated for grilled vegetables, traditional stews (stews, cooked), roasts of meats (and even fatty fish), Iberian sausages, patés and cured cheeses.
