The harvest season is observed from July to October, however Bitter kola is available for sale the entire year. Cultivation and harvest are done using automated machinery and manual input in operating machinery. After the harvest, the Bitter kola is dried in the sun and then packed into 1 kg carton boxes. The Garcinia kola commonly known as the Bitter Kola is a species of flowering plant in the Clusiaceae or Guttiferae family. It has a light outer shell and comes out a yellowish-white nut when the outer shell is peeled off. The product is of Grade A quality and is 100% natural, organic and dried. The cultivation type is organic and non-GMO. The key characteristics of the bitter kola produced by Eximius are dry brown shell with yellowish-white nuts and a bitter taste.
