Description
Malagasy Global grow 200 metric tons of green vanilla each year. The crops are harvested in June and July and after a preparation period of 4 months, they are ready to be sold in October and November. Beginning from October, the marketing season is on and they can export 2 metric tons a month. Around 100 local farmers are directly involved in the production process. They follow specialized traditional Madagascarian methods and techniques for processing the beans to enable sustainable vanilla farming. The plantation area is located in the Sambava-Antalaha region and covers 100ha in total.

Description
Malagasy Global exports conventionally grown Vanilla beans for premium and extract grade. Vanilla beans are classified in different grades with up to its moisture levels. Premium grade has 30% moisture which can be perfectly used as cooking and flavoring ingredient. Extract grade has 20% moisture and is mainly used for extraction processing. The biggest strength of Malagasy Global's products is the quality and durability; the beans have a durability period of 5 years and even after that they can be transformed into powder. Samples are available 1kg-2kg max.
