We are (Aljazirah Dates and Food Factory) one of the renowned in Dates Production company in Hofuf, Alhasa, Saudi Arabia. Our factory undergo a strict quality assurance and health regulation to meet the Saudi Standards, Metrology and Quality Organization and international standards of dates packing.

All of our final products are stored in temperature-regulated cold rooms with the capacity of more than 3,000t of storage space. Our warehouse is equipped with advanced loading and storage facilities that guarantee our capability to consistently deliver for our clients.

We have implemented a complete traceability system that allows us to track each product, through the entirety of the production process, from the farm to the final packaging. Our quality control department consists of professionals working together to ensure the highest level of quality for our consumers.
07 / PACKAGING
When ready, dates are moved to the packaging site where they are packaged according to each customer's specifications. Depending on the type of product, packaging and quality of the final goods.
08 / STORAGE AND LOADING
All of our final products are stored in temperature-regulated cold rooms with the capacity of more than 3,000t of storage space. Our warehouse is equipped with advanced loading and storage facilities that guarantee our capability to consistently deliver for our clients.

Dates are handpicked by cutting the large brunches during the season of the autumn. Our finest Deglet Noor dates are grown and delivered from date plantations in Alhasa, Saudi Arabia.
Upon receiving the dates in our factory visual control tests are made on each delivery with a sample test run to ensure that no heavy metals or pesticides can enter our production chain. We handle all deliveries, conduct evaluation and price the goods.
After the dates have been transferred to the tunnels for the fumigation process to start. The treatment is run with carbon dioxide (CO2), the only biological alternative to, which is both natural and the most effective technique for getting rid of insects in stored dates.
At this stage, dates are manually sorted with precision by a degree of softness and quality criteria, damaged and infected dates are being removed. The dates are then classified into different sizes and ready for the next step of production.
Upon receiving dates to the processing stage, dry fruits are washed and soaked in water for better softness. Followed by a thorough process of steaming, drying and cooling to finally grant them a perfectly cooked condition.
