Miel Gabriela offers the customized packaging service for customers and apart from that they store and supply their product in 200 L drums. Their storage facility maintains 18 degree Celsius temperature and controlled humidity. Each consignment takes anywhere between 10 days (in season) to 60 days (off-season) from the date of payment confirmation. Though, the average shipment preparation time is 30 days from the payment confirmation. The most common mode of transport is either by land or by sea. The closest ports are Progresso (60km from the main plant), Veracruz (60 km from the subsidiary plant) and Manzanillo (1200km from the subsidiary plant).

Miel Gabriela has a 3000 square meter processing plant at Merida of Yucatan Peninsula in Mexico with an annual production capacity of 5000 MT. The harvest season is between February to June. The cultivation starts from a collection of honey carefully from artificial beehives and storing them at a pot. Next step is processing it according to customer requirement. The company maintains a 100% sustainable method to source honey.

They have different kinds of honey including (but not limited to) Yucatan Polyfloral, Mexican Polyfloral, Dzidzilche, West Coast, Orange Blossom, Mesquite, Yellow Creamy and Avocado. Based on honey varieties, the honey colour could be water white, extra white, white, extra light amber, light amber, amber and dark amber. The colour, taste and aroma of the product itself authenticate the purity of these non-GMO organic products. These are ideal for consumption and further processing. The shelf life of these products is 5 years and samples are available upon request.
