Description
The product is stored in cool dark conditions away from direct sunlight. It is ensured that the chocolates are stored at ambient temperatures. Individual chocolate bars are packed in a paper and cellophane sleeve. Each packed chocolate is then packed into cardboard boxes for storage and shipping. It takes up to 90 days for the initial order to be ready after confirmation. Shorter time-frames are available by negotiation thereafter. The packaged chocolates are transported by road to Auckland or Tauranga ports and then shipped to the destination.

Gavin Giles uses the Zenian strong black cumin seed oil and Zenian coconut sugar to craft a unique blend of flavours. The chocolate is free of gluten, emulsifiers, white sugar and palm oil. Gavin is a fully qualified pastry chef and chocolatier in the traditional craftsman chef mould. The secret to the taste of this chocolate is the Couverture process while making. There is no shortcut in the production process and the chocolate is sensational in terms of the smoothness and roundness of taste that they have. Incorporation of strong black cumin seed oil gives this chocolate a hint of tang and subtle tastes of Asia and North Africa.
Strong black cumin seed oil by itself is a challenging proposition to swallow and best done with a chaser of honey.
