The floors of the warehouse are covered by sand and that facility is specially designed to keep the products dry. They use 10 kg and 50 kg PP bags for packaging purposes. Each consignment takes one month to ship from the date of the order confirmation. The preferred mode of shipping can be either by sea via Yangon Port or by air via Yangon International Airport.

The company pays close attention to the size and maturity level of the ginger and its maturity level. The products are all lab tested by MALI.

Thet Black Turmeric, Herbs, and Health Supplements Trading Co., Ltd has a 30-acre farm at Southern Shan Region where they grow these plants following sustainable farming methods. That mountain area was selected because of that cool and dry region has perfect humidity in the environment for all the necessities. The harvest season is from January to March and the highest yields are available in the month of February.

The company follows conventional manual farming methods where a team of 200 highly skilled farmers conducts the entire process from plantation to harvest. The average annual yield is 50 MT and the annual export capacity is 10MT.
