Description
The avocado pulp is stored in cold rooms at -18 degrees Celsius. The product can be shipped in 10kg boxes or in a retail presentation in 500g bags. After the order is made, the lead time is, on average, 15 days. Products are shipped from the Manzanillo Port if it´s for Asia (Pacific Coast) and from Veracruz if it´s for Europe or other destinations from the Atlantic Coast. For airfreight, products are sent from the Mexico D.F. Airport or Guadalajara Airport, and if it is by land to the United States, the border crossing is done through Laredo.

Description
The process is conducted respecting and enforcing all the best practices related to production, innocuity and sanitation. Each batch is controlled carefully, performing analysis of the maximum levels in different aspects. The company is certified HACCP and SENASICA, the Mexican Service for Agri-Food Health, Safety and Quality.

Description
Connect The World produces avocado pulp using avocados purchased from local farmers from the state of Michoacán. The HPP pasteurization process eliminates pathogens, increases the product´s shelf life and guarantees a taste that is 100% natural. The company has a plant with capacity for processing up to 400MT of avocado pulp per month. When the fruit is received is it put to its correct ripeness level, washed, sanitized and taken to be processed. The process is conducted through a mix of manual and mechanic, and there are around 20 people working in the plant.

Description
Connect The World offers avocado pulp ready for the preparation of Guacamole, using pure avocados in a process that is 100% natural and with no preservatives. It is kept in a closed container at a controlled temperature of ≤ -18° C (0° F). The produce is GMO-free. Only by adding tomato, onions and cilantro to the pulp, customers have Guacamole with high-quality Mexican avocados from the state of Michoacán. Samples can be arranged upon request.
