The company has precooling facilities in their packhouse where produce is stored. The products are placed in their shipping materials during the harvesting process and then the containers are filled and taken to a pre-cooling facility where field heat is removed. Field packing helps in maintaining optimal freshness of the limes. The produce is packed using shed packing. In this process, products are processed and packed indoors at a central location. Produce is brought in from the field to the packing shed in field crates, bins or trucks. Products are precooled at the shed.

Sometimes the products are repacked by taking them out of one container, regraded and placed in another. This might often occur at the store or distribution warehouse level. One the order is confirmed, it takes 7 days for the consignment to be ready for shipment. The nearest ports for shipment are Hai Phong, Da Nang, Qui Nhon, and Ho Chi Minh City

The average yield of limes is 20-25 tons/per hectare. The main harvesting season starts from June and goes up to September which is the rainy season. The overall volumes of limes decrease in the dry season. The limes are produced and harvested in Mekong delta basin provinces of Long An, An Giang. The fertile soil is refreshed and re-enriched yearly. The area is well known as the land which produces the best fruits in Vietnam. They grow on trees on soil which has a pH level from 6.0 to 7. Sandy loam soil is the most suitable soil as its lighter and produces the best fruit.

The maturity of the lemons depends on the order. The size can be small, medium or big sized. There can be around 12-20 fruits per kg. The refrigerated limes can last about one month in perfect shape. They can be used as fresh fruit or for the preparation of pickles and beverages. They are rich in vitamin C, minerals and salts. They are good additions to many hot or cold drinks. They have high acidity content and are effective at killing bacteria.
