DELIRIUM
We have created "Delirium", a spectacular 500 ML clear glass bottle in a Premium Box, which reflects the tradition of generations of the Aguilera Aguilera family. The same soul that drove its founder, D. Dionisio Aguilera and all his family, more than 25 years ago, when they founded Aceites Tapia, S.L. The same soul that, since then, has been transferring all the essence of those who live, love and care for the olive grove, in the elaboration of its Extra Virgin Olive Oils.
"Delirium" is the result of the good work carried out on the "La Ahulaguilla" farmland. Located very close to our oil mill, it is located on a group of hills, at an altitude of 800 meters, on a stony limestone soil, traditionally cultivated, and with more than 4,500 olive trees of the hojiblanca variety, a large part of them centenarians, from which this exclusive "Delirium" is obtained.
"Delirium" is the best EVOO produced by Aceites Tapia, made from the juice of the first olives harvested in the first fortnight of October, at an early point of ripeness, and selected by our Master mill, with a majestic flavor and aroma, which preserves all the nuances of green fruit, grass and spicy attributes of the early ripening point of the olive, which brings out 100% of the power and quality of the Hojiblanca variety, as well as the natural wisdom of strong trees adapted to a unique terrain.
"Delirium" is, to sum up, a product of the highest quality. Harvested, processed, produced and packaged to be a gift for the senses. Conceived as a special limited edition, numbered and signed by its creator, and dedicated to lovers of Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

VERDE OLEUM LINE
We only produce an Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO) of superior quality (Hojiblanca variety), obtained directly from selected olives at their optimum point of ripeness and only by mechanical process.
During the harvesting, we carefully blend the olives of the hojiblanca variety and its production at low temperature, carried out only a few hours after being picked from the tree, ensures that we obtain an EVOO with very low acidity (0.16-0.17%) that stands out for its smooth and balanced flavor. The acidity of an EVOO means that the olives have been picked at their optimum state of ripeness, correctly washed, the entire production chain has been kept in perfect condition and clean, and the olives have been stored in the appropriate tanks and packaged without losing traceability and quality at any time.
We have the Early Harvest variety, obtained from the first olives of the season (Second-Third week of October), thanks to which we produce an EVOO of excellent quality, with an intense green colour rich in nuances, stronger and spicier than the traditional EVOO obtained from riper fruits and which is harvested between November and December each year.

Aceites Tapia, S.L. is a company that has been dedicated for more than 25 years to produce an Extra Virgin Olive Oil of great quality and extraordinary organoleptic qualities, it also has more than 100 hectares of land and almost 20,000 olive trees in property, which allows us to perfectly control the care and quality of our trees and olives.
