Almaco del Guadalquivir S.L, a company founded in 2012, was born thanks to a family enthusiastic about the cultivation of walnut and pecan. Located in Palma del Río (Córdoba, Spain), in the Vega del Guadalquivir region, an area well known for its climate and fertile soils).
We have 395 hectares in cultivation, which are governed under the Global G.A.P. We are respectful with the environment, following sustainable production methods, responsible use of water and worker welfare.
We count with the largest and most modern processing plant in Europe, and IFS and BRCGS food safety certifications, to offer the best guarantee. We handle washing, drying and packaging with the utmost care to preserve all the organoleptic properties of our walnuts and pecans.
With this natural and sustainable growth of the fruit, both in conventional and organic agriculture, we obtain walnuts with a unique and intense flavor, texture and aroma, and powerful nutritional properties, rich in healthy fatty acids, fiber, antioxidants, minerals and vitamins.
