Produced in Hajiabad, Hormozgan Province, located in the south of Iran. It is one of the tastiest and delicious semi-dried dates in the world with moisture under 15%. This type of date with dark brown color and its flesh and skin sticking perfectly together is the best and the most expensive quality in Iran because of its delicious taste and attractive appearance. The size of this date is 4-6 cm. The seed and flesh are tightly attached so have an attractive appearance that can be rinsed completely.
Piarom dates are rich in sugars, proteins, and minerals and have high nutritional value. As fructose is the predominant sugar in this type of date, it is easily and quickly consumed in the metabolism of the body. Accordingly, it is recommended to the people who have diabetes problems.

Sayer Dates- Stamaran Dates
It's semi-dried date with moisture under 18%. It grows in Dashtestan located in Bushehr and Khuzestan and has a dark brown color and round around size. This kind is available in pitted or un-pitted forms for direct consumption and for industrial purposes and is so popular because of its unique features such as high sugar and low cellulose content. Sayer is allocated around 45% of the total export of Iranian Date.

Zahedi Dates
Zahedi Dates is one of the dry varieties of the date in most regions of Iran, however, in some regions, it is known as a semi-dried date. It is also called as Ghasab in some areas of Iran. The date is produced in Khuzestan, Fars, Bushehr and Kermanshah provinces, but the main production is in a region called Poshtkooh and Dashtestan in Bushehr Province. The Date is dry fruit with yellow or red color, meaty and so delicious which its moisture is under 14%, less than other kinds of Date fruits. Zahedi Date is one of the most popular dates in the world because of its low sugar content and is suited for those who don’t like the sweet taste.

Mazafati date is one variety of dates produced in Iran. It is also one of the most delicious varieties of dates worldwide. The color is brown to black and is used mostly in Rotab shape. This fruit has soft fiber and originates from most parts of the Kerman, Hormozgan, Sistan and Baluchestan. The most desirable and most palatable type of Mazafati date is being raised in Bam city. Produced in Iranshahr, Saravan, zabol and khash. This kind of Date is meaty and its color is dark brown close to black and shiny with moisture under 15%. Produced in Jahrom area of Fars province. Shahani dates are fruit-stretched, narrow, yellow and golden. It’s wet and has many fans. These dates are very soft and have a delicate skin a delightful taste.

Produced in Sa'd Abad located in Bushehr. This kind is semi dry and 3-5 cm in size. Its color tends to light brown with moisture under 15%.
