Gluten-Free Sofra has been established in order to produce Gluten-Free Flour and Gluten-Free Food in a closed area of 2.200 m2 as a result of long-term R&D studies. With a team of physicians, food engineers, agricultural engineers, biologists and chemists, we produce high QUALITY, more DELICIOUS and HEALTHY gluten-free food for individuals that has a gluten-free diet and intentive about gluten-free nutrition.
We process our gluten free grains grown by us with the latest technological devices. We transform them in hygienic conditions into gluten-free flour mixtures.

We care about quality in every steps of production. We collect the gluten-free grains that we carefully grow in our fields with the latest technology under control of agricultural engineers. Whe then grind them and transform them into gluten-free flour mixtures in an isolated environment. We then transform these mixtures we produce into gluten-free products in our ovens isolated for every gluten, dust etc. contamination. Then we pack and release to market. We have critical conrtol points in every styage of our production. We undergo constantly internal and external audits.
