Corn flour (cornmeal) is obtained through the grinding process of the corn kernels. We use stone mill, a tradition that is present in several cities in Brazil. In most cities, this product is known as cornmeal. Especially in the south of Santa Catarina where we are located we call this product cornflour. Our product is resolution of ANVISA (R.D.C. number 344, (13/12/2002), where it makes it mandatory to add iron and folic acid in wheat and corn flours.
