How do I contact suppliers?
You can contact suppliers by sending your business card or booking a video meeting with a representative from the company.
Introduction
In Exhibition 365, exhibitors host online booths that showcase their company details and a wide range of agri-food products to keep your business competitive. A basic or premium exhibitor is a verified supplier with a virtual booth on our platform.
You can only contact premium exhibitors. One premium exhibitor may have multiple representatives that represent different products. When you contact an exhibitor, you will connect with their representative.
How to send a business card
Step 1 / 5
From the Booths page under Exhibition 365, click Contact Exhibitor on a premium exhibitor’s booth and choose a representative that you want to contact. Alternatively, you can also choose the representative and click Contact Exhibitor in any premium exhibitor’s booth.
Step 2 / 5
Confirm the information on your business card, then select your product of interest.
Step 3 / 5 (Optional)
Write a message to the representative, then add more information regarding your inquiry and company.
Step 4 / 5 (Optional)

Read Tridge Terms of Service and Privacy Policy and click on the checkbox to continue. Click Submit to finish sending a business card.
After you click Submit
After the submission, the representative will receive a notification email along with your business card, message, and verification details. You will be notified when they respond to your message.
How to book a meeting
Step 1 / 4
From the Booths page under Exhibition 365, click Contact Exhibitor on a premium exhibitor’s booth and choose a representative that you want to contact. Alternatively, you can also choose the representative and click Book a Meeting in any premium exhibitor’s booth.
Step 2 / 4
Select the date and time you want to have a meeting with the representative.
Step 3 / 4 (Optional)
Select your product of interest, write a message to the representative, and review your verification details.
