With complete business information, you can significantly increase the likelihood of an exhibitor viewing you as a trusted business partner and responding to your message.

My Verification Details showcases your company information and official business documents that enables you to be recognized as a trusted business partner on Tridge.
All buyers are encouraged to fill out and submit relevant business documents to increase the likelihood of an exhibitor viewing you as a trusted business partner and responding to your message. The documents include business registration certificate, company brochure, and bill of lading that improve your credibility and reliability when connecting with global agri-food suppliers.
Review and improve your credibility
Step 1 / 3
Review your verification details and improve your credibility on the Contact History page under Buyer Dashboard. Click Improve Credibility to add information and upload official business documents.
Alternatively, you can also review your verification details and improve your credibility in the last step of contacting a supplier. Click Improve Credibility to add information and upload official business documents.
Step 2 / 3
Add or update your company’s official website, social media accounts, and business registration number. You can also upload official business documents such as business registration certificate, company brochure, bill of lading, and other supporting documents.
After you upload your documents, the team at Tridge will review and assess the validity of your documents. This process may take up to 3 business days.
Step 3 / 3
You will receive the status of your documents through email. The email indicates whether your documents are accepted or rejected. If your document is rejected, please check its validity and upload it again. If you experience any problems getting your business documents approved, please contact us.
After you upload your documents
The team at Tridge will review and assess the validity of your documents. You will be notified through email regarding the status of your documents. This process may take up to 3 business days.
What your information will look like to exhibitors
All official business documents collected by Tridge with your consent will not be revealed to exhibitors. They will only be able to view the status of your documents and identify you as a trusted business partner.
