The price of fresh Chinese mandarins was very volatile during 2021. By the start of this year, January 2022, the price of Chinese mandarins had increased by 69.2% YoY. In February 2022, the Chinese mandarin price stabilized, reaching a price of 0.70 USD per KG, the same price as in February 2021. Price fluctuation of Chinese mandarins is attributed to increased demand, increased production costs, increased freight costs, and supply variations.
