Mexican avocado prices rose +38.74% coming from Michoacan and +49.05% coming directly from Jalisco. The price spike was really visible throughout August to September caused by a decline in Mexican avocado supply. As Mexico has a fluctuating season with limited supply from June to September, this will lead to high values in the third quarter of 2021, along with increasing local and global demand.
