The wholesale price of fresh Chinese cabbage rose by +313.81% YoY in W2 March 2022 to a record high level of USD 0.76/kg, compared to USD 0.18/kg in 2021. The price increase is driven by an outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic which impacts the availability and movement of fresh produce.
