Peach Prices Escalate in Spain while China is Showing A Decline

Spain's peach exports grew rapidly and hit an all-time high in 2020, while exports from China fell slightly to below 140M USD. Previous demand from Germany (+22%), France (+13%), and Italy (+25%) have sent prices soaring in the Spanish market by (+4.78%) YoY in 2021. In contrast, the wholesale price of fresh peaches has shrunk by (-33.68%) YoY in China. Its value has been decreasing since entering June 2021.
