Mexican Roma Tomato Price Drop By 46% YoY in the US Market Due to an Oversupply

The wholesale price of the Mexican tomatoes of the Roma variety in the San Francisco market has maintained a downward trend since the second quarter of the year. By W34, the price had decreased by 46% YoY to USD 1.81/kg. This year, Mexican tomatoes have experienced an oversupply in the US market since April.
