ايمان مهر(سهامي خاص) - Iman Mehr

- Also called as "Rotab" dates.
- Has a black color and moisture between 15% to 35%, and a size from 2.5 to 4.5 cm.
- Full of vitamin B.
- Grown in southern Iranian city of Bam which makes it possess a succulent flesh and soft texture.
- The harvest time of Mazafati is at middle of August.
- Usage: chocolates, ice creams, sweets, cocktails, unprocessed and baked products.
