Grade A-3: This grade have light yellow and white color and the size of them is about 22 mm. Most percent in this grade (about 45 percent) has open mouth. d. Grade B-1: This grade have yellow and white color and some of them has brown color. Most percent in this grade has closed mouth and some has open mouth. e. Grade B-2: closed mouth dried figs belong to this grade have brown and gray color and the size of them is about 14 mm.

- Also called as "Rotab" dates. - Has a black color and moisture between 15% to 35%, and a size from 2.5 to 4.5 cm. - Full of vitamin B. - Grown in southern Iranian city of Bam which makes it possess a succulent flesh and soft texture. - The harvest time of Mazafati is at middle of August. - Usage: chocolates, ice creams, sweets, cocktails, unprocessed and baked products.
The fruits are large and almond shaped. It can be harvested in late September. This is a newer variety with good yield and with long, large nuts. Also available in small quantities.
