ARBEQUINA: Extra virgin olive oil made using Arbequina olives, has a medium vitamin E content, and a medium-low resistance to rancidity of 41.6 hours. A very fruity oil with hints of green grass, hardly any bitterness or spice and with a sweet flavor. HOJIBLANCA: Extra virgin olive oil made using Hojiblanca variety olives. Low fat content, high vitamin E content and a medium resistance to rancidity of 51.8 hours. Fruity, with slight hints of apple.
