Processing Plant and Warehouse
The Riverina in New South Wales is an integral growing region for the Almondco Cooperative. It represents 25% of the Almondco crop and the significance of the Riverina as an very important almond growing region will continue to grow as current and future plantings mature.
There are currently 1.8 million almond trees planted in the Riverina and this number is forecast to potentially double within the next five years. Almonds in the NSW Riverina now represent 15% of the national plantings.
