Before a sparkling wine earns the right to feature its vintage on the label, it must be aged in the bottle for three years. Our Late Disgorged Brut goes well beyond that strict requirement with a total of six years aging sur lie en bouteille - on the lees, in the bottle. The result is an enhanced, enriched edition of our acclaimed Domaine Carneros Brut Cuvée. We love this sparkling wine now, but know it has exceptional further aging potential.
A select blend of pinot noir and chardonnay, this voluminous, beautifully integrated California Brut displays all the intricacy and harmony of our Carneros estate fruit. The nose offers enticing notes of honeysuckle, marzipan, almond paste, and orange blossom. Round and full in the mouth, flavors of poached pear, key lime, coconut, and ginger ride on balancing acidity through a lingering finish.
Very dry and brisk, our Ultra Brut is a contemplative sparkling wine that appeals to the true aficionado. Hailing from the stellar 2016 vintage, this latest expression includes intriguing aromas of yuzu fruit, vanilla bean, lime, and a hint of walnut.
Our 2016 vintage is a serious, expressive wine with a focused freshness and exceptionally long finish. A mélange of fresh cut flowers, key lime, ginger, and honeydew melon on the nose leads to a beautifully balanced palate of green apple, blanched almond, yuzu, and a touch of mandarin. With a surprising mouthwatering complexity, its bright, crisp fruit and dusty minerality ride on a serious structure, the persistent, palate-cleansing finish lingering on.

A favorite among our enthusiasts, this wine expresses great balance while emphasizing fruity and floral characteristics. Rosé wines are often believed to be made only from Pinot Noir, but the best, including ours, have Chardonnay added for structure. The latest vintage of our beloved Brut Rosé entices with luscious notes of rose petal, honeysuckle, and grilled peaches.
On the nose, the 2018 vintage welcomes the senses with aromas of rose petal, honeysuckle, grilled peaches, oranges, and white cherry. Flavors of tangerine, strawberry tart, peaches, marzipan, and mandarin. We made this wine by leaving part of the Pinot Noir juice in contact with the skins for three days during harvest. A warm toastiness evolves from this lees contact and combines with the ethereal Pinot Noir fruit character. As the wine ages and the tiny bubbles are formed, an elegant wine of great poise evolves. Rosé wines are often believed to be made from only Pinot Noir, but the best, including ours, have Chardonnay added for structure.
