It was, in particular, Mr. Josep Masachs Llorach, a man of strong convictions, great character and dedicated from his childhood to the cultivation of the vine, who founded Cavas Masachs in the last decade of the twenties, making cava in an absolutely artisanal way and with a limited production, basically intended for family consumption and their closest friends. - Produces Sparkling, Red and White Wine.
