Delivery basis:
• For vessels on conditions – FOB, CFR, CIF.
• For containers - LIFO, FAS.
• Shipment of vessels and containers is made in sea trade ports: Novorossiysk, Rostov, Azov, Temryuk, Yeysk, Olya, Astrakhan.
Form of payment:
• Letter of credit - irrevocable, confirmed, covered, transferable, renewable (upon agreement of the parties).
• Prepayment 25% on the basis of-Invoice, 75% payment by letter of credit when loading on the ship (upon agreement of the parties).
• Cash against documents (upon agreement of the parties).
• When sending cargo to CFR, CIF. The letter of credit is disclosed for payment of the vessel.
• Payment for raw materials and the vessel is carried out when loading on the ship in Russia.
