Additional Quality Requirements
In addition to compliance with the specifications above, the Goods (lot of goods) shall:

A) Be of merchantable quality;
B) Conform to State Standard of Ukraine (DSTU 4492:2017);
C) Meet all declared quality indicators for further processing;
D) Comply with the Codex Alimentarius Standard (Codex Stan 210-1999) and DSTU 4492:2017 with respect to:

Mineral oil content

Pesticides, toxic elements, mycotoxins (heavy metals)

Dioxins, radionuclides — all within legally acceptable levels

Regarding sterol composition, the amount of cholesterol shall not exceed 0.5%.

Seller’s Quality Guarantees
The Seller guarantees that:

A) The Goods are delivered only from factories that are HACCP certified and operate in accordance with HACCP (ISO 22000:2005) standards.

B) The Goods do not contain any foreign admixtures, including (but not limited to):

Traces of animal fats and/or other vegetable oils;

Waste materials resulting from industrial processing or previous usage of fats/oils;

Any unauthorized substances not permitted under DSTU 4492:2017 and Codex Stan 210-1999, or not derived from sunflower seeds.
