Southern Specialties was founded in 1990 by President and CEO Robert Colescott. Our mission was therefore to provide the best restaurants and hotels in the country with the best service and the highest quality food.

Today, we are proud to continue that mission by including major North American retailers and club stores.With our Southern Select product line of value-added specialty products and our extensive private label program, provides consumers with delicious, nutritious, safe and convenient products for the whole family.
