"Delirium" is the result of the good work carried out on the "La Ahulaguilla" farmland. Located very close to our oil mill, it is located on a group of hills, at an altitude of 800 meters, on a stony limestone soil, traditionally cultivated, and with more than 4,500 olive trees of the hojiblanca variety, a large part of them centenarians, from which this exclusive "Delirium" is obtained. "Delirium" is the best EVOO produced by Aceites Tapia, made from the juice of the first olives harvested in the first fortnight of October, at an early point of ripeness, and selected by our Master mill, with a majestic flavor and aroma, which preserves all the nuances of green fruit, grass and spicy attributes of the early ripening point of the olive, which brings out 100% of the power and quality of the Hojiblanca variety, as well as the natural wisdom of strong trees adapted to a unique terrain.
