"Delirium" is the olive-growing soul that reflects the tradition of generations of the Aguilera Aguilera family. The same soul that guided D. Dionisio Aguilera and all his family, more than 25 years ago, to found Aceites Tapia, S.L. The same soul that, since then, has been transferring all the essence of those who live, love and take care of the olive grove, to the elaboration of its Extra Virgin Olive Oils.
Delirium is the result of the hard work carried out on the "La Ahulaguilla" farmland. Located very close to the EVOO mill, it is situated on a group of hills, at an altitude of about 800 metres, on a stony soil of limestone rock, of traditional cultivation, and with 4500 olive trees of the hojiblanca variety, a large part of them centenarians.
"Delirium" is the best EVOO produced by Aceites Tapia, made from the juice of the first olives harvested in the second half of October. It has a majestic flavour and aroma, which preserves all the nuances of green fruit, grass and spicy attributes of the early ripening of the olives, which brings out 100% of the power and quality of the Hojiblanca variety, as well as the natural wisdom of strong trees, adapted to an unique environment.
Delirium is, in few words, a product of the highest quality. Harvested, processed, produced and packaged to be a gift for the senses. Conceived as a special limited edition, numbered and signed by its creator, and dedicated to Olive Oil lovers.
