Amaro Imperium is born from the infusion of 33 special botanicals harvested in Calabria and from a maturation process that lasts more than 55 days. On the nose it releases intense hints of medicinal herbs, while the citrus tones and spicy notes create an immediate connection with the scents of the Mediterranean. A herbal bitter excellent to enjoy "on the rocks", neat at 4 °C, as an ingredient for excellent cocktails or even in sophisticated culinary preparations. Imperium is also awarded! In fact, our amaro won a bronze at the New Launch at the World Liqueur Awards in the 2022 and 2023 editions. Furthermore, in September 2023, it received the prestigious mark of P.I.T. (Territorial Identity Product).
