Medium coconut flakes are a natural product obtained from purified, fresh coconut flesh, which is gently dried. They are white to cream in colour, have a flexible texture and a characteristic, natural coconut aroma, without any foreign odours or flavours. Thanks to its high fat content (60–70%) and low moisture content (<3%), medium dried coconut is ideal for use in the food industry. It maintains its shelf life and stability, and its pleasant texture gives products a distinctive coconut flavour.
